Wow, I can't believe Adelyn is already one month old. It's crazy to think that just 4 weeks ago she wasn't apart of our family, but now our family just wouldn't be the same without her. She really is the perfect fit to our family and such a good baby -- we are so lucky to have her.

Weight: 11 lbs 1.5 oz (87%)
Height: 22.5" (94% -- although I think this is a little off and probably closer to 22 inches since the nurse was stretching her leg so much her head wasn't touching the board -- but still a tall baby girl)
Head Circumference: 37.5 cm (73%)
Eyes: A pretty deep color blue
Little Facts:
Addie was born with a full head of dark brown hair, which has gotten longer
She cackles like a little dolphin -- it is so cute when she does it
Loves to eat and would eat 24/7 if I let her and she has the cheeks to prove it. For the most part she eats every 2 hours and always lets out a little giggle right before she starts to eat
Won't take a bottle from me, but has no problem taking one from her Daddy
She always smiles when she hears Owen's voice the first thing in the morning
She would prefer to be held, but being the second has meant she is put down in her swing, bouncer, the floor, you name it she gets to rest on it. This prompts probably more crying then she would normally do. Let's just say I treasure my extra snuggles with her during Owen's break time
Sleep is hit or miss during the night and still very unpredictable. She battles gas at night which causes her to grunt and grown and make a lot of noise, which keeps her mommy and daddy up with her. Hopefully that will get better when she turns 6 weeks old
Still up in the air on whether or not she will be a thumb sucker. Everyday I see her attempt to find her thumb, and most times she gets it in her mouth but then will take a binki so who knows at this point
Owen is still admit that Adelyn's name is Sunshine and he is not afraid to correct anyone that might call her Adelyn or Addie
