Wow, when did Owen become a year and a half old? It seems like only yesterday he was just a squishy little newborn sleeping all day, refusing to be put down and being a very picky eater.... well the picky eating hasn't changed much but I must say I really am enjoying my little toddler even when he has full blown tantrumes. I
know I have sucked at blogging lately, a lot has been going on the past few months and my writing spirit seems to have left the building, but I have a lot of posts in my head and events that we have attended that need to be documented, so if I have any readers still out there, thanks for sticking by me and I promise to be better at keeping you all updated on our lives :). Now on to Owen.

Milestones:
One of his favorite things to do right now is bring me anything he finds. He will bring me his toys, trash, flowers, his sippy cup --- really anything. He is such a little squirrel hoarding all of his precious treasures
He starts to move anytime he hears music
He loves to clap whenever he accomplishes anything and likes to pat on his legs to music
His favorite toys are his stacking cups and any type of balls. He could play with those all day everyday
He is my little fishy and loves loves loves water and with all of this hot weather he has loved being able to play at the local splash parks, baby pools and water tables
He is not a big fan of the hot weather. He sweats as soon as it gets over 70 degrees and has a really tough time sleeping unless the room has air conditioning
He is a disney boy and loves watching Mickey, Little Einsteins, Jake and the Neverland Pirates
Although he still isn't really talking, he understands what I say and will fallow directions when he is focused and in the mood
He says hel-lo, i do (which I think might be thank you), all done, ut-oh ... he can wave buy-buy, points to objects he wants and will whine until we figure out what he wants
He can climb the stairs holding onto the railing with one hand
He tries to climb on anything and everything ... he is fearless and I can't look away for one minute
He will hand me the remote when he wants to watch Mickey
And one of Lexi my first baby
