One of the last weekends in June, I got to watch my cousin Laura marry her soulmate and best friend, Tim. It was undeniable how much they both love each other which made for a very special and romantic day. As she walked down the isle of a very cute country style church hand in hand with her dad, she looked beautiful. She wore a strapless lace gown and and held a beautiful bouquet of flowers mixed with yellow and purple flowers which popped off of her ivory dress. The ceremony was short but what I will always remember was even though both Laura and Tim were nervous, they were so in love and you could see that every time they made eye contact during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, it was time to celebrate, and that we did! My Aunt and Uncle sure do know how to throw a party. It was held at the Publick House in Sturbridge and was very much Laura's taste and style. The food was delicious and the drinks were flowing giving everyone the itch to get out and dance. One of my favorite parts of the night had to be when my dad, his brother and two sisters were all out on the dance floor dancing together, letting loose and having a good fun. We all surrounded them and for a moment I just wanted time to stop because the smiles on everyone's face were infectious. All of my Aunts and Uncles, parents, cousins and brothers and future sister-in-law were all in one room dancing their heart away singing to the music without a care in the world. It was in one word - awesome and truly unforgettable. The dancing continued until midnight when my brothers and I finally wished the bride and groom our well wishes and headed home.
