Lexi's Birthday Cont.

Not this past weekend, but the weekend before, not only did we celebrate Lexi's birthday, but Mrs. Hunter and two of her girlfriends came out to Boston! Although they stayed up in Danvers on the North Shore, we were able to spend some time with them which was such a nice treat. On Saturday night Mrs. Hunter kicked off the evening by bringing Lexi a new birthday toy and two of the designer cookies with frosting on them. She had the toy ripped apart in less then 10 minutes and loved the cookies so much, she kept going back to the kitchen table and crying because she thought we were hiding some more cookies from her ... what a silly dog!

After the birthday celebration, we went to Harvard Square and ate at Fire and Ice. Both Eric and I like Fire and Ice because it is different then most restaurants and you can get a variety of different food options, which is very cool. After dinner we walked around Harvard Square and then called it a night.

On Sunday we headed into Boston to meet the ladies at Cheers in Fanual Hall. It was packed with people starting their school vacations, gearing up for the Boston Marathon, anxious college juniors beginning their college search and crazy sports fans cheering on the Boston Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. There were so many people out -- but it was nice to see the city alive again after such a cold winter. Anyways, we had a great lunch at Cheers and walked around Fanual and the Harbor which was very nice. We were so happy to spend time with Mrs. Hunter and her girlfriends and hope they had a good time visiting Boston!

Here are some pictures of Lexi and her toys ... or at least what is left of them...
