Bring on Spring!

What a way to kick-off the month of April! Although there has already been a lot of rain this spring and there is a lot more to come ... the mere fact that we don't have to wear more than 3 layers when going for a walk or playing at the park is such a great feeling!

This weekend was one of the few weekends that Eric and I didn't have anywhere to be or anything to do and it was surprisingly very relaxing. Eric spent Friday night and part of Saturday cheering on Dan Coleman and the rest of the EC men's volleyball team fight to win their conference championship. Although, their season ended a little shorter then they hoped, they fought hard to make it to the quarter-finals finishing 11th in the country!

Saturday night Eric took me out to the Cheesecake Factory for a date night at the Burlington Mall. We had a wonderful night full of yummy food and drinks that kept on flowing. One of the highlights was the discovery that Sam Adam's Summer Ale is on tap and on sale, which was a nice surprise and made us crave summer!

On Sunday we spent a lot of time with Lexi out at the many parks around our house. She had a great time playing with all of her doggie friends! She has also been sharpening up her frisbee skills and we actually got a video of her catching the frisbee, which is posted below.

It was a great Spring weekend and we can't wait for the warm weather to keep pouring in!
