snow ... Snow .. and more SNOW

Starting around 2pm on Friday our first official snow storm rolled into town and did not conclude until about 9pm Sunday night. I think we ended with well over a foot of snow and we are still trying to dig out. But unlike many of the snow storms before, we were very excited for this one because it was Lexi's first real experience with the wet white stuff we call snow and boy did she have a great time! When she first learned that the snow was up to her belly she was in a little bit of shock, but as you will see in the video below she learned to LOVE it! She loved running around in it, chasing snowballs and exploring the unknown paths of Belmont she has never gotten to travel on before. You see, since EVERYTHING was covered in snow, there were no longer any boundaries -- you couldn't tell where the road was, the grass was no where to be found and the shoveled sidewalks were now the perfect little paths for Lexi to travel on. So the little one got to meet all of the neighbors, barked at many of them and even met a new friend named Bill, an 11 year old golden lab who was such a sweetie! Here are some pictures of the weekend, enjoy!

As soon as I figure out how to upload videos I will post the Lexi in the snow video
