DC Trip

As many of you know, but some may not, in September Eric's parents moved from Rochester NY to Virgina to be closer to family. This past weekend we made our first visit down to see their new house, celebrate an early Thanksgiving and get some extra fun time in with our nephews Noah and Grayson. Owen was so excited to visit his cousin that a week leading up to our departure he asked every day, multiple times a day if we could get on a plane to visit Noah.

Once we got down to Virgina, his enthusiasm did not stop and he was thrilled to spend as much time as possible with his partner in crime - Noah. In fact the biggest meltdowns came when we either had to go somewhere and they had to ride in separate cars or when they had to go to separate houses to sleep. It is so sweet to see how well they get along and how at almost 3, even though he doesn't see Noah too often he is one of Owen's best friends. On top of that, we got to spend some quality time with our littlest nephew Grayson who is such a good smilie baby and such a delight to be around. One look and he flashes his gummy smile that would melt anyones heart. He really is such a sweet little baby boy.
