Snow Snow Snow

We have been nailed with snow this winter. It actually reminds me a lot of the winter when Owen was an infant and Lexi had just had surgery where we got snow every weekend for what felt like months. Although I don't mind snow, I am pretty tired of it now that we have gotten several feet and shoveling it is just back breaking work. However, there is a bright side -- Owen and Lexi both love being out in the snow and our my little snow monkeys.

First big storm:
Sledding at the park
 Making a snow ball
 Happy boy

2nd Big Storm - Nemo Came to Boston and dropped 2+ feet of snow. It took us the whole weekend to dig out. It was just crazy if you ask me.
Practicing shoveling before the anticipated big storm named "Nemo" comes to town
 I can so do this
Yup Mom, I'm ready ... or so we thought
I worked during the hight of the storm ... this was the picture I took at 1:30 am leaving the bar to head home
I think this was round three of shoveling ... although first attempt once the snow stopped
 Let's go play outside!
Look at all of this white stuff
Yes... the snow is to the roof of the cars ... lovely
 Checking out the snow
 Perspective.
Ready for a little sledding adventure
It was so windy the snow kept getting in his face and he was not a fan
Snow up to the top of the table ... who needs real chairs when you can just make chairs out of snow
So much snow that needs to be shoveled

 My snow monkeys
 We love the snow!
All warmed up inside watching Bob
Lexi loves to lick the snow and once Owen saw her do it, he thought it was the funniest thing ever and just had to try it to. It made me giggle ... I guess it's a good time to teach him to stay away from the yellow snow. (Sorry the video is choppy ... my phone hates the cold and this was the best it could do in the 19 degree weather Nemo brought us). Enjoy!
P.S. We just got nailed with another storm... another foot and counting... Spring please come soon!
