A day at Endicott

This past weekend we went up to our old stopping grounds to participate in the Endicott College DEX Business Club's charity fashion show. Some of you may know that when we were in college, I was the president of DEX our senior year. This year, they were celebrating the 10th and final fashion show at EC and wanted to have all of the past presidents and alumni participate in this years show. What I didn't realize was the current students also signed up Eric and Owen to participate as well, so it turned into a last minute family affair.

Before the show we stopped at my Auntie Laurie and Uncle Ted's house, which is conveniently only about 5 minutes away from campus so we couldn't pass up a visit when we found out they were free. Owen had a great time meeting their sweet and beautiful simamese kitty Lucy and running around their little green house with Lucy. We were so grateful we were able to see them and had a wonderful visit before the big show.

Once we got to EC, we were ready to go. The girls did a fabulous job organizing a great event and Owen was an all-star on stage! He went up their twice and even though the show fell right during nap time, he smiled and didn't fuss once... In fact he didn't even need his binkie and blew kisses to the crowd! Of course I forgot my camera which I was totally bummed about since the view with the ocean is so nice but I was able to snag a few that other people had taken and posted on Facebook.

Hanging out before the show (can't beat the view ... we sure were spoiled going to college right on the beach)
