A New Hobby

Since I was little I have always loved to do crafts and actually consider myself pretty crafty and now that I am home all day with Owen, I have been looking for a little project that could occupy "nap time." Well I have finally collected all of the supplies, brainstormed some ideas, drafted some appliques, brushed up on my basic sewing skills and I am ready to make shirts for little boys -- inspired by my little o of course :). I still have a little more practicing to do and may need a few more sewing lessons from my mom, but I am on my way. I am hoping by posting this on the blog it will motivate me to follow through and make it a really successful hobby. This is me jumping in feet first and praying it works out... wish me luck!
