Halloween

We celebrated Owen's first Halloween yesterday and dressed him as the cutest little puppy dog around (I may be biased ... but I'll let you be the judge). We kicked off the festivities at his weekly playgroup where all of the little babies got to dress-up and played some games. They were all so adorable ... we had a tiger, a bumble-bee, pumpkin and of course our little puppy. After class we attempted a nap but of course Owen didn't sleep because he was too excited. So as soon as Daddy got home, we got O dressed again and this time also put Lexi in her costume as a race horse -- with a jockey and everything :). We took some pictures of our kids and walked up to our friends house to so Owen could get a little taste of trick-or-treating and had a blast. From there we walked through the park to let Lexi have a little fun and then it was back to great the trick-or-treaters, bath time and finally bed time. Our little puppy was very warn out, but sure did have a fun day! 

Halloween morning 

 On our way to Owen's playgroup we made a quick stop at the grocery store and when we came out there was a wild turkey lurking around my car ... I can't make this stuff up
