32 Weeks!

This week we enter into our 8th month -- now that is a pretty crazy thought! We have also started our birthing classes at the hospital where we will deliver. Our first class was last Wednesday and there are 9 other couples all due in December or January. Out of the nine couples, 7 of us are having little boys (one is actually having twin boys), 1 is having a little girl and the last couple hasn't found out and is going for a surprise but if I had to guess, I would say it is going to be a little boy. I am not sure what it is but I think this year is the year of the boy. Even when we had our ultrasound to find out what we were having the ultrasound tech said he had already seen 20 couples and only 2 were having a girl. These poor boys aren't going to have any little girls to play with growing up at this rate! We go back for our second class tonight and it's our night to bring the snack -- I feel like I am back in grade school. I went with a Halloween theme and baked up some funfetti cupcakes and ghost shaped brownies ... hopefully people like them :). Other than that, we haven't done too much baby stuff right now we are focused on Lexi and her leg -- I will post about that later :(.
Cupcakes!
Brownies
Together :) ... they were very yummy!

Here is the weekly survey:
How far along? 32 weeks!
How big is baby? About 19 inches long and 4 pounds (according to babycenter.com).
Sleep? Still no complaints
Best moment this week? Celebrating Eric's birthday!
Movement? Of course ... last week I started to feel hiccups ... that was pretty funny!
Food cravings? Fruit, chocolate
Gender? Team Blue!
Labor signs? notta one and let's keep it that way!
What I miss? Blending into the background and not being asked how I am feeling every time someone sees me. I wouldn't really tell you how I feel anyway and I know you are being nice and all but after being asked that question over ten times a day everyday it gets old really really fast!
What I am looking forward to? Seeing all of the little kids out in their costumes for Halloween
Weekly wisdom? The third trimester really does make you tired ...

Sorry for the disheveled picture, this was after class after a very long day ...

  1. You are beautiful (diseveled or not!). One of the couples we met in baby classes delivered when I did. It was pretty cool to see them at the nursery bragging about our babies :)
