What a fantastic treat! Last night Eric and I finally got to meet baby Talon, Eric's good friend from home's little boy and it was just awesome! The sweet smell of baby is still fresh and although he is starting to get his little teeth in, he is such a precious little boy! Both Eric and I were so grateful when Matt called us and invited us over to meet his newest addition. See, Matt is actually working overseas at the moment and is on a two week vacation so we jumped at the opportunity to finally meet his 4 month old son and boy did we have a good time! We were able to catch-up, play with the baby and I even got to play Lego's with Matt's 8 year old stepson Jake which was a blast. I give Matt's wife a lot of credit taking care of two kids all by herself for the past 9 months and it looks like it is going to be a lot longer before Matt officially comes home. She is doing such a wonderful job and they really do have great kids!
We had such a good time that I actually forgot to take pictures! I guess that just means we will have to visit them again real soon :).
