On Thursday, June 4th Eric and his groomsmen all traveled to Las Vegas to celebrate his bachelor party and while he was away, Lexi and I got to have a girls weekend! We spent the weekend playing at the park, going for long walks and playing, playing and PLAYING! And on Saturday, Lexi and I had a special treat because Grammie came to have a sleepover!!! Lexi LOVES, LOVES, LOVES my mom and was sooo excited to see her and I was thrilled to have her up for a girls night. We got to eat chineese food, watch chick-flicks and make some fun drinks! On top of that, she brought Lexi an "I heart Westfield" cookie for a belated birthday gift as well as some yummy kong stuffing that Kenzi eats --- she was in heaven!!
Today my mom and I ventured out to run a few errands and when we came back to the house I caught Lexi on camera giving my mom the Welcome Home Dance. She is such a little love bug and gives you the best welcome when you come home because she is soooo excited to see you! She cries, runs around, showers you with kisses and this happens EVERY time someone comes home to save her from her "house." Here is the Welcome Home Dance she gave my mom this afternoon :)
