Belmont Town Day

Even before Owen was born, we have been going to Belmont's town day. The first year we went we brought Lexi and quickly learned that it wasn't the best scene for our timid puppy with lots of small children begging to pet her. The next year we brought Owen but he was too little to do anything fun so we just walked and visited all of the venders. The following year Owen was big enough to venture off on his own and we had fun seeing town day through little eyes. And this year was the best year yet because Owen is old enough to want to ride the rides, visit the stores, ride the pony, and try some of the food the venders have to offer. It's been a fun low key event to visit and this year did not disappoint!

First stop was riding the pony -- our pony apparently didn't like bugs so that's why he was wearing a "hat"
Next we got to watch the town's dog show -- that's peanut who is a super sweet little doggie we see at the park often
 Finally time for the rides
He loves rides -- glad he didn't get his moms motion sickness
Waiting in line for the bounce house
It's funny a year ago he wouldn't really move in these now he LOVES them and this one was HUGE
There was even a petting zoo set-up. Owen didn't want to touch the crocodile and I don't blame him
 Petting the goat
 and the chickens
Mom, can't you see I'm too busy to pose for a picture
 He found a cow
When we got home we thought we would try a selfie
And then took a family one
I would say town day was a success!
