Funny Moments

Turning three has already brought out some pretty funny Owen moments. His little personality and the things that come out of his mouth are really priceless. I wish we had a video recorder on 24/7 to capture all of Owen's funny phrases, because we will miss them. In the meantime, here are some funny pictures I have captured in his short time of being three that I am sure will make you smile.

I told Owen I was taking Lexi out really quick so she could go potty. He goes, "Ok mom, let me get on my boots" and this is how I found him. At least he had pants on this time. Once he came out just in his undies, a sweatshirt, winter hat, and rain boots.
Owen told me he was going to take a picture of me with his leapfrog... this is how he was trying to take it
His two best buddies --- Mickey and Spot
He is obsessed with anything he can climb on and when he saw this at home depot he had to try it out. Put him to work folks, he is ready for anything
 Mr. Cool shopping at target
Riding in the car with his doggie
At his three year doctor appointment they had Owen put on patient gown and was so excited because it had doggies on it. He was a champ at his appointment weighing in at 35.2 lbs (81 percentile) and he  is 38.3 inches (61 percentile) tall so just above average in both.

And some of the funny phrases he says (I'm sure there are more, I just can't think of them right now):

When he falls down or trips he often bounces right back up and goes "I'm good"

He calls BJ's "PJ's"

When we are in the car he asks me "What direction do we need to go" and if I say, this way, he goes "No mom, what direction." I guess he is looking for right, left or straight ... sorry my bad

When he asks us a question he usually ends it with "Ya, that's right mom/dad" like he had the answer the whole time

He often calls Ashton "Ashie" and always fallows it with a giggle like he think he finds himself so funny.

He has told his friends "My name is not Owen, it's Owie" or "No my name is Owen" ... always keeping them on his toes

When we get home from being out, he greats Lexi with "How are you princess? Did you have a good nap?" and runs over to give her belly scratches
