Apples Apples Apples

With the promise of a sunny day in the 70's we decided it would be the perfect day for some apple picking!

We started our visit at the farm with a hay ride to see the animals. We got to say hi to the three little pigs that were digging in the dirt and having a great time doing it. After the pigs we headed over to the goats who actually ate some food out of our hands! And before we left the animals we had to say cluck, cluck to the chickens just to make sure they weren't left out. Now, it was off to find the apples.

Owen was really excited this year to go apple picking. I think we ended up visiting at least 20 different trees picking about 2 apples at each tree. Owen had to make sure we had a nice variety. He was even brave enough to climb the ladders in some of the trees to get the apples way up high! He had lots of fun and filled our bag to the brim with lots of yummy apples.
