Eric's parents actually traveled out to see us all on his birthday which was a wonderful treat and helped smooth over the fact that I was very unprepared for his birthday (mommy fail # ... I can't even keep track at this point). It was so special to have them and Lizzie out for the weekend and Owen had a ball getting to play and be held by people other then me ;). Saturday night we had a great dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Not Your Average Joe's and on Sunday Owen got spoiled by his Grammie and Papa at the outlets and is set to be the most stylish little boy this winter!

Although the visits are always too short we can't thank them enough for making the trip out to see us and celebrate Eric's birthday with us. It means so much to us -- especially Owen to get to spend time with his Grammie and Papa and we can't wait to see them again!
