17 Months Old

With summer right around the corner, we are starting to get very busy. I know I am a little behind on posts, but hopefully I will catch-up soon.

Stats:

Cloths: 18 months and some 24 months in one pieces
Diapers: size 4
Shoes: size 5

Milestones:

He loves to spin in circles, especially in the kitchen with Daddy :)

We started early intervention to help strengthen his language development. Owen has always been very vocal, just in his own little language so we are hoping with the EI program he will start to say real words that we can understand

His favorite word to say has to be Ut-Oh

His favorite toy is any type of ball. He loves to throw them, kick them, bounce them and tease Lexi with them

The giggles he makes when Lexi runs around would melt anyone's heart. He sure does love his doggy

He uses his left hand a lot to eat, throw, draw ... we will see if this changes

Will reach up for our hand when he needs help going up/down stairs/hills. It is precious

Has started to walk holding our hands when we are out and about but would much rather be free to run around on his own

Can get up and down on the couch all by himself -- he loves to climb and give me mini heart attacks while he does

Has started to like all of the disney jr shows --- not just Mickey, but Mickey is still his favorite

Can get on and off his riding toys all by himself

His favorite place to be is still outside. And his new favorite thing to do outside is splash in puddles left over from all this rain we have been having

And yes... a month older and more stubborn then ever... he was very uncooperative with pictures this month and they all ended up looking like this. What I am going to do with this little man!
